Trilogy Health Services Welcomes New Chief Marketing Officer
Experienced consumer brand marketer Melissa Richards-Person joins the Trilogy team

Trilogy Health Services is pleased to announce the addition of Melissa Richards-Person to its executive team as its Chief Marketing Officer.

A 2010 Advertising Age “Woman to Watch,” Melissa comes to Trilogy following 12 years with Papa John’s International, where she moved through a variety of US and International roles, starting as Senior Director of Advertising and Promotions and ultimately as Senior Vice President, Brand. Her experience spans more than 25 years in media, agencies and brands in restaurant, retail, sports and healthcare. In her new position with Trilogy, Melissa will oversee the company’s marketing and business development initiatives, and utilize her over 20 years of experience to strengthen Trilogy’s brand and engage consumers in new, innovative ways.

While on their surface, food and healthcare seem to have little in common, during her time in both industries, Melissa has discovered a surprising lynchpin – hospitality. “In food and in healthcare, the ultimate goal is the same – we want people to feel confident, cared for, and understood,” she said. “The decision-making process for our customers in both industries is also informed in large part by their emotions. As a daughter who has sought care for my mother with dementia, and who is now helping my 94-year-old father navigate his life’s next steps, I can say with confidence that I understand what’s at stake when choosing a senior living community. I’ve engaged with the brand as a consumer – now I have the honor of elevating it as a marketer.”
